FEP Insulated Thermocouples
FEP Insulated Thermocouples These flexible FEP insulated sensors are ideally suited to applications which require resistance to attack from virtually all known chemicals, oils and fluids. Available in Type K or T thermocouple combinations, 0.157” in diameter, in a variety of lengths which can be cut down to an exact length by the user if necessary. The sensing junction is encapsulated in the tip and the whole sensor is rated to 392ºF. Adjustable PTFE compression fittings for an exact insertion length in your process are also available in either 1/4 inch or 1/2” NPT.

  • Sheath: FEP insulated 0.157” OD in a variety of lengths
  • Operating range: -100ºF to +392ºF (-75ºC to +200ºC)
