FEP Insulated 100 & 1000 ohm RTD
FEP Insulated 100 & 1000 ohm RTD These flexible FEP insulated sensors are ideally suited to applications which require resistance to attack from virtually all known chemicals, oils and fluids. Available in a variety of lengths, 0.157” in diameter, which can be cut down to an exact length by the user if necessary. The sensing junction is encapsulated in the tip and the whole sensor is rated to 392ºF. Adjustable PTFE compression fittings for an exact insertion length in your process are also available in either 1/4 inch or 1/2” NPT.

  • Sensor: 100 ohm RTD element, Alpha = 0.00385, Class B or 1000 ohm element
  • Sheath: FEP insulated 0.157” OD in a variety of lengths
  • Operating range: -100ºF to +392ºF (-75ºC to +200ºC)
  • 3 wire connection- 2 wires colored red and 1 colored white
