Heavy Duty Bayonet Thermocouple
Heavy Duty Bayonet Thermocouple Suitable for plastics machinery and general purpose applications, these assemblies have a total length of 72”. The flexible stainless steel armored cable provides increased mechanical protection in arduous environments. These assemblies are supplied with an 8” spring and a industry standard, one slot adjustable bayonet cap fitting. The fitting can be adjusted for exact positioning on site. The sensing tip is incorporated within a 0.710” long x 0.188” diameter tube which the cable and armor are sealed to. The sensor is terminated in a standard round pin plug.

  • Thermocouple types K or J available, grounded junction
  • Sheath and lead rated -58ºF to +482ºF (-50ºC to +250ºC)
  • Sheath: 316 stainless steel 0.188” dia x 0.709” long
  • Leads: 72” Stainless Steel Armored over PFA insulated cable terminated in a standard round pin plug. Spring length 8”
