100 ohm RTD Sensor Mineral Insulated with Potting Adaptor 930ºF / 1100ºF rated Ideal for either high temperature applications or situations requiring a long probe length, these semi flexible sensors have a stainless steel mineral insulated welded closed end sheath. The RTD sensing element is 0.4” long and is placed at the tip of the sheath which means that the minimum immersion depth should be at least 2”. The sensor is rated up to 930ºF or 1100ºF at the tip. They are terminated with a potting adaptor rated to 275ºF which allows the attachment of the 72” long PFA extension leads. A variety of adjustable compression fittings can be found in this catalog to complement this product.

  • 100 ohm RTD element, Alpha = 0.00385, Class B
  • Sheath: 316 Stainless Steel Mineral Insulated 0.125” or 0.250” OD
  • Variety of lengths available. Length shown does not include potting adaptor or leads
  • Operating range: -100ºF to +930ºF (-75ºC to +500ºC) or -148ºF to +1100ºF (-100ºC to +600ºC) at tip
  • Terminated in a potting adaptor 0.47” x 1.14” long rated to 275ºF
  • Extension Leads: 72” long, 24 AWG stranded PFA insulated wires with a PFA® oversheath. 3 wire - 2 colored red and 1 colored white
