| IP68 Rated External/Rugged Air Temperature Wall Mounting Sensor |
This rugged air temperature
sensor is ideal for any internal or
external application requiring a
rapid response to changes in air
temperature. Its robust
construction features an IP68
rated terminal head with 2
mounting holes at either end of
the head which can be affixed to a wall or other surface. The sensor itself is housed within a
perforated stainless steel tube which allows free flow of air across the sensor element, which in
turn will give a good response time. A version is also available with a 4~20mA output for those
requiring a standard transducer signal.
- Metal enclosure dimensions: 2.3” x 2.7” x 4.9”
- Sheath dimensions: 0.5” x 3” long long pierced shrouded tip
- 3 wire configuration
- Sensor: 100 ohm RTD element, Alpha = 0.00385, Class B or alternatively with an
optional 4~20mA transmitter incorporated
- Wire termination: Screw terminal block
- Mounting: Suited to wall mounting via screw holes at either end of screw top case
- Cable entry: via weatherproof cable gland supplied
- Operating range: -25ºF to 300ºF (-30ºC to +150ºC)
