PFA Insulated Thermocouple Extension Cable - Twisted Shielded Construction 480ºF

We supply 20 AWG cable in 100, 200, 500 or 1000 ft lengths in either thermocouple cable types KX, TX, JX, NX or SX/RX, in accordance with ANSI MC96.1. Each conductor is insulated with PFA, the wires are then twisted, shielded with aluminum Mylar® tape with an overall PFA jacket. Extension grade conductors are manufactured from extension alloys matched to their thermocouple type and are designed for accurate signal transmission between the sensor and the measuring instrument. All cables meet ANSI MC96.1 requirements for extension grade wire, with insulation color coding in accordance with ANSI MC96.1-1982, as shown below.

  Type KX: yellow outer sheath, yellow positive wire and red negative wire

  Type SX/RX: green outer sheath, black positive wire and red negative wire
