Embedded Brake Pad Thermocouple These sensors are designed for embedding in to a brake pad to monitor fluctuations in the brake pad temperature up to a maximum of 482°F. Available in a choice of diameters and supplied with 36” stainless steel braided cable.

  • Designed for monitoring brake pad temperatures up to 482°F or 1100°F
  • Thermocouple Type K (Types J and T also available)
  • Insulated measuring junction (482ºF version) or grounded (1100ºF version)
  • 0.125”, 0.157” and 0.250” diameter tip x 4.0mm long
  • 36” stainless steel braided fiberglass cable
