Flange Plate
Flange Plate Suitable for vertically fixing sensors between 0.062” and 0.25” diameter into non pressure applications. By fixing the adjustable compression fitting at the right point along the sensor sheath, the flange plate can then either be fixed via the mounting holes in a variety of applications or alternatively used as a stop through a hole in the process wall for vertical applications.

  • Manufactured in either brass or stainless steel
  • Dimensions: Flange - 2” OD x 0.4” thick overall. Main plate is 0.197” thick. 3 x 0.157” holes are drilled on a 1.57” PCD at 120º angles.
  • Tapped 1/8” NPT to accept the relevant 1/8” NPT fittings which are also offered
  • Suitable for use with either 0.062”, 0.125”, 0.188” or 0.250” OD sensors
